Don’t trust the English Legal System
If you are thinking of putting England as the jurisdiction for your contract think again. It’s reputation for fair trials is not deserved, as it has poor policing of the much-heralded Civil Procedure Rules and lawyers are secretly doing each other, and thier families, friends and contacts, favours.
